Sarah is a local Mildura artist who is currently studying Bachelor of Visual Art at La Trobe. She has exhibited in various group exhibitions and also had her own solo exhibition ‘Fairy Wrens in Action” soon after completing her Diploma of Visual Art in 2011.  Sarah is strongly connected to the arts community, participating in festivals and projects and well as getting involved in a lot of the performing art opportunities that Mildura has to offer.

 

Can you spot the prink diamond?

Pink diamonds are considered very precious as they are hard to find. The experience of travelling a long distance to extend one’s musical education can be a hard road. After eleven years of developing as pianist, the artist has decided to further her musical education by learning from different educational instruction.  To some the sacrifices may seem to great and have come to the conclusion that the whole exercise is unsustainable. However the artist sees this opportunity like a precious jewel that will stretch her horizons and inspire her passion for music.
