Title: Vessels, Urchins, Eruptions,
Unworldly
Medium: Hand blown glass
Venue: 27 Deakin Cafe
This body of work came from an amazing
demonstration where glass was manipulated in the hot shop beginning as a
vessel. A section of the vessel was heated and the glass was blown to cause a
‘blow out’ effect. Such amazing fun and the unpredictability of what the end
result would be was both terrifying and captivating.
